This lemon whip dip is a real refreshment in the hot summer days. Simple and delicious, you can eat it with fruits, biscuits, pound cakes, ice-creams and other sweet treats of your choice. Here is the recipe:
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 8 oz. whipped topping (I used Cool Whip)
- Buy or make 1 cup lemon curd. Then, fold lemon curd and Cool Whip together; refrigerate until ready to serve. You can make it 1-2 days ahead of time.
