3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

These banana pancakes are so rich and delicious! They are flourless and gluten-free. These pancakes have a beautiful, special, and unique taste that everybody loves! Ideal for your kids and the whole family. You will need 5 minutes to prepare them plus around 15 minutes to cook. Here is the recipe:


  • 1 large banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon



  • In a blender or food processor, mix the banana, eggs, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Drop some of the batter (about 1 medium ladle) onto the pan and cook until golden brown, one to two minutes per side.
  • Serve with some extra banana, chocolate, or honey if desired.
