- 1 large banana
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- In a blender or food processor, mix the banana, eggs, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Drop some of the batter (about 1 medium ladle) onto the pan and cook until golden brown, one to two minutes per side.
- Serve with some extra banana, chocolate, or honey if desired.
